I'm trying to get the paypal integration to respond correctly. So far nothing I have tried has worked. When I try to test the account in sandbox mode paypal will try to load, then it fails. After this, Amelia displays an error message saying, "Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try again later."
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the inconvenience.
When using Stripe or PayPal through Amelia, the most important thing to mention is that Amelia only connects your existing account, and there are no other settings other than what’s described in Payment Settings section. So, if you’re having issues with payments the issue probably lies with the payment service’s credentials.
If you’re simply testing the payment with “Sandbox” or “Test” mode, you need to enable them first, in Payment Settings and copy your Test credentials from PayPal or Stripe into their corresponding fields.
Also, you cannot perform Test payments with a real account, and vice-versa.
If you still can't get it to work, we'll need to take a look at your website.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi,

Any clues as to what I might be doing wrong?
Thanks,
