Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Hi
We have a Microsoft 365 environment and we use Outlook/exchange for all scheduling needs. We have a special calendar to schedule our events. We use ressources.
We want to publish our events calendar on our Wordpress web site, with just some fields and in different ways.
Will Amelia do the job ? Is it overkill ?
Thanks
Gaston Huot
Hi, Gaston!
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
And thank you for your inquiry.
We do have synchronization with Outlook, but it doesn't work 2 ways completely. Appointments can be transferred to the Outlook calendar from Amelia, and busy slots in Outlook will be blocked for booking in Amelia, but there's no way to transfer appointments from the Outlook calendar to Amelia. Also, each Employee should be connected to his/her Outlook Cal, there's no option to connect the entire company to just one Cal.
So, I'm afraid, Amelia might be not the best solution for your case.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
