I got a few questions...
I was wondering if it's possible to search for existing customers by typing the phone number when creating a new appointment? Is that something you can help me with?
When cancelling an appointment, is it possible to add checkboxes saying like the customer canceled because of sickness/covid?
Do/Can Amelia have an invoice integration? For example: customer didn't show up but have to pay a cancellation fee. Is there a way to integrate that into Amelia?

I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.
At the moment, unfortunately, it's not possible to search the customers per phone number.
Cancellations are made without additional notes, however, that is a very good suggestion, and I understand the convenience of having it. You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it.
We don't have option of sending invoices included in our plugin at the moment, but you can send invoices using the WooCommerce integration, more about this you can read here. We certainly plan to work on this in the future but for now only with WooCommerce the invoices can be sent.
