I'm wanting to open the employee page which is also myself the owner/operator/admin to everything and it just sits there reading "please wait". I have found no documentation after 2 hours and need this rendered please asap. Please advice how to fix this.

    Hi Ruth,

thank you for reaching out to us.

I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.

Please advise if you are trying to access Employee Panel.

If so, you need to do so while you are logged out of your Amelia WordPress Admin account, and then access the Employee Panel with that email. If you try to log in into the Employee Panel while you are logged into the WordPress as Admin, this may cause conflict.

    Please let me know.

Ok, I'm not trying to log into the employee panel. I'm simply at this point wanting to delete the made employee that was me and the mistake was using my same email address as my admin email address. I can't delete due to it saying there are future appointments, however there are no such things nor any services so not sure how this is all happening. All of this is being done through the back end. Nothing in the front end. At this point can the entire thing just be reset from default settings and start all over. 4 days after purchase and it can't be used :(

Update: It's now 2 days later and no reply. Perhaps I need to find a system that works and doesn't require so many questions by so many people in order to get this to work. I'm thinking refund at this point and you can pay my IT person as well for wasted time spent!!

    Hi Ruth,

thank you for the kind reply.

I apologize for the later response.

May I kindly ask you to go to the appointments in the backend, and set the search date range to a wider one, as shown below:

    7282945142.png

    For example I choose April 22nd 2021 - April 22nd 2023.

You can click twice in the date box and type these dates out manually (or you can copy this April 22nd 2021 - April 22nd 2023  and paste it into that box, and hit enter.

It will show 2 year span and find any potential appointment that could have been made (and is preventing the deletion).

If you wish you can also send me a temporary WP admin credentials so that I can check this for you.

    Please let me know.

I tried your suggestion and it won't let me do it. I need an email address to add you in wp admin.

I resolved over the past weekend myself. I found another public ticket where the delete data base if you delete the plugin button needed to be in the "yes" position so that I was able to delete the plugin all together, reinstall in and start from scratch, and that eliminated the revolving chaotic problem with not being able to do a  deletion due to an ongoing appointment in the future. The sad thing is for someone else who this may happen to they would have to do what I did. But only if what I suspect occurred and what I think is that it was an indefinite appointment so if that is infinity then the problem would have never been resolved unless I did what I did. I even tried the year 3023 and it still was an issue.

So suggestion is that no one should be able to schedule indefinitely, neither admin, employee or customer, ever!

Thank you for letting me know, Ruth.

I'm sorry that you had gone trough the full reset process, I do apologize that there was no alternative way other than manually finding the appointment in question.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
