Hello! I am a DJ and I do not have set times, days or hours for booking my DJ gigs like a 9 to 5 company. Sometimes i get booked to play music for breakfast, brunch, Lunch or a midnight ramble. Or at night club gig that starts a 11pm and play until 4 or 5am.

    1. Is there a way that I can set a variable for a customer to book me anytime  of day or night any day of the week? And some Booking can be a short as 2 hours or as long as 10 hours it all depends on what the customer wants.

    2. Like a BAND I DJ at Hundreds of different Locations and Venues around the country and world. Is there a way to set up Venues or Locations with this booking plug in?

    Hello Darryl

    Thank you for your purchase.

Amelia is not designed to work for this purpose, so I don't know if we'll be able to help you out with this.

If you have a minimum (like 2 hours), you can configure your service to last 2 hours. Then, add extras (additional hour, additional 2 hours, additional 8 hours, etc.) - so your customers can add a duration to this default 2-hour-long service.

If you set the "Default time slot step" to be 30 minutes (for example), and disable "Use service duration for booking a time slot", your working hours will cover 30-minute steps. For example if you work from 00 - 24, the available time slots would be at 00:00, 00:30, 01:00, 01:30, and so on. If someone was to book a service with additional 3 hours at 12:00, the next available time slot would be at 15:00, and so on.

Amelia can't go into the next day, so if someone wants to book an appointment from 11PM - 03AM - they won't be able to do that.

    Kind Regards,

Aleksander, Thank you for the detailed response but unfortunately I wish this plugin had a more complete description or i would have passed on this purchase. Is it possible I can get a full refund since there no way I can get this plugin to work for me?

    Hello again Darryl

All plugin features and limitations are listed on our documentation. There are demo environments where you can test it in front-end and back-end before purchase, and we also have a pre-purchase section on this platform, so chances for mistaken purchases are down to a minimum.

Our refund policy is 15 days, and you opened your first ticket only 4 days ago, so beyond that time period, unfortunately. I will reach out to our management, but I cannot promise that they will agree to issue a refund, since the plugin is a non-returnable digital product, which means that a revoked license doesn't render it useless.

    Kind Regards,
