Please make sure that the same customers didn't book multiple appointments, since in this case, the number of customers won't match the number of appointments.
If that doesn't help, please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside. You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.

And thank you for pointing out to me a mountain i didn't see (i took an appointment to my occulist for my view to be checked... i'm afraid there is nothing to be done for my stupidity)

I seem to see a bug on the Dashboard.
Indeed, on a selected time window i have 34 Approved appointments booked
However at the bottom at the Customer pie chart it tells me 28 New Customers 0 Returning Customers
I would have believed that: New + Returning customers = Approved Appointments
Or did i understand something wrongly ?
