Hi, I saw a demo of your plugin and I really like it, BUT I have a 2 questions:
Q1: My employees are working in weakly changing shifts. E.g. Emp1, Emp3, Emp5 are working from 9-15 this week while Employee2 and Employee4 are working from 15-21 this week.
Next week they change so Employee2 and Employee4 are working from 9-15 and Emp1, Emp3, Emp5 are working from 15-21.
The week after that they are changing back again and so on... Is there a simple way to make "alternating" shifts ?

Q2: Can employees see how many customers they had on daily basis ? E.g. Finance Dashboard for each employee as they are working on PERCENTAGE BASIS, so they always have to have a clean overview of their income ?

    Thanks,
    Brat

    Hi, Brat!

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

And thank you for your inquiry.

    1. Yes, in Amelia you can alter the "main" schedule by adding Special days for each Employee. Special days can last for weeks and even months, so you can set the usual working hours 9-15 for Employee 1 that will be applied for week 1 and week 3 and Special days with 15-21 shifts for week 2 and week 4.

    2. Basically, yes. They can see it on the front-end Employee panel. There won't be any total number, so they will have to calculate it manually. By default, Employees don't have access to the Dashboard page (where you have all the statistics in Amelia) or to the Finance page, but you can give them that access with the User Role Editor plugin. However, in this case, they will be able to see all the data, not only the appointments that are related to them.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
