Suddenly SMTP settings stopped working. I've been using an SMTP for quite much time and now it just doesn't work. The only way I can use notifications is using "PHP Mail".
I also tried other smtps that are working for sure (since I'm using it on other services, even in the same wordpress installation), but not with Amelia. Also Sendinblue smtp is not working.
If I try to send a test notification the response I get in the network tab of the browser is the following with error 500:
message"SMTP Error: Could not authenticate."
Obviously it seems related to authentication problems, but I assure you that it isn't since I'm using the same credentials and settings elsewhere.
Please it's very urgent since a paid campaing is running on my site.

Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
There are no silly mistakes when it comes to software. It's extremely easy to miss some tiny detail, especially when you're focused on your business. That's why we are here for you
