    Hi there. I purchased Amelia through Paddle.com on December 24, 2020 with a subscription paid through December 2021. I was unable to download the plug-in and in trying to do so I accidentally cancelled the subscription. The purchase receipt is attached. I would appreciate your reinstating my subscription and giving me a link so I can download it for my website. Thank you, Gideon.

    Hi, Gideon!

    I'm afraid, we can't just call the cancelation off, so you will have to simply purchase a new annual subscription after the current one expires.

    Until then, you will be able to use our support and will have access to all the updates.
