    Hello! I need my schedule to have the times of 7:45 a.m- 8:45 a.m but it is only allowing me to book 7:30 a.m- 8:30 a.m. If you could kindly get back to me on how to configure this. Thanks!

    Hi Jessica,

    thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please first try going to Amelia > Settings > General settings > Time Slot step and change it to 15 minutes.

    Once you do this, check option Use service duration for booking a time slot.

    Then go to set your service duration to 1 hour, no buffer times.

    Then go to employee and set his work hours to start at 7:45am.
