We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I perfromed a scan on my site and found 4 injection issues and 1 security issue. The company confirmed that issues are related to wptablesplugin
Here is the link :
https://secure.wphackedhelp.com/scan-result.html?url=www.igbodum.org&[email protected].
Then I found this article that talked about a sql injection issue with wptablesplugin that were fixed at some point. My plugin is up tp date.

Thanks

I am currently using Version 3.4.2"
Any update?
This is concerning. I just paid for lifetime licence and I am getting worried. Your response time is really slow. I reported a secuirty issue for the past 15 hours and no one has responded.

Hello Ijeoma
Sorry for the late response, half of our team is out sick, so we're working over hours trying to help everyone as fast as possible.
There are no vulnerabilities in wpDataTables. There was one with v3.4.1, found by WP Scan but it was fixed with v3.4.2. You can see all their vulnerabilities reports on the link above.
SQL injections are not possible through wpDataTables, and the plugin is quite secure.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thanks.
I understand a vulnerability was fixed last month. Please take a look a the link from WPHackedhelp. I did a scan and it shows vulnerabilities.
https://secure.wphackedhelp.com/scan-result.html?url=www.igbodum.org&[email protected].
Can you please take a look at the code to see where it could possible be coming from?
Hello again Ijeoma
We're not sure where they're fetching the vulnerability data from, but in the last version of the plugin, all vulnerabilities were fixed.
Can you send us a bit more data that you received from them? If you have v3.4.2, there are no more vulnerabilities, for sure.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
