We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

is there a possibility of setting up in Packages that the 2nd appointment is possible to be booked only after x days after 1st one?

Thank you for choosing Amelia.
I'm afraid, there's no option to set the time required before booking to be changed dynamically according to the first appointment.
However, I believe it can be fixed with a workaround: if you create two different Services (Service A for the first appointment and Service B for the second appointment) and set the Minimum time required before booking for Service B to 2 weeks, for example, then at the moment of booking the closest available dates for Service A will be only in 2 weeks from the current date.
This setting can be done in the Service modal -> Settings -> general Settings.
Also, you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
