Ok so a little weird one and the docs don't seem to help me. I have a client who has a school uniform shop and a lot of different schools. He has 3 staff doing fittings so has 3 available slots. He cannot have two of the same school fittings at the same time though. Essentially I need to have slot 1, slot 2 and slot 3 and when a school is selected in one of those slots, it becomes unavailable for slot 2 and 3. I don't see this as an option. Has anyone done this before and if so, how?
Also, if someone is coming for one uniform fitting it is 15 minutes but if they are coming with 2 kids and they select 2 under "Bringing anyone with you", I would like the time to double. Currently, it seems to be based on finances rather than time.
If you have 3 staff members available, if one of them is booked the other 2 will remain available, as staff capacity determines availability.
Now depending on how many schools there are in your area that you will be handling, you can set a service for each school, so when one slot is booked for that school it will not be available.
Can you explain a little more please as I'm not sure you are cross referencing the staff to the schools like in my initial example. If I have 3 slots (staff) available at any one time, once it reaches the 3 slots that time needs to be not available for any further bookings. What you are saying is once that service is booked, it becomes unavailable but I need that to happen with a maximum of 3 slots being booked.
Here is an example:
9.00-9.15
School 7 - Slot 1
School 9 - Slot 2
School 1 - Slot 3.
9.15-9.30:
School 7 - Slot 1
School 15 - Slot 2
School 12 - Slot 3
I cannot have School 5 (or any number) having two slots at the same time period. If I assign a school number to a slot but ensuring the same school doesn't take another slot in that time from with a maximum of 3 slots available!
If you have one slot for one staff, others will remain available.
Only if you set slots as services and give all 3 of them only 1 staff, then when one is booked others will become unavailable.
However others will become unavailable for anyone not just that same school; Amelia does not have a way to limit one customer to book only one slot, unfortunately.
We can’t be the only people with this need and I don’t know if I’m not explaining it wrong or not.
Simply, we have 10 services (schools) with three slots (staff) available to book. Once those 3 slots are full, that time cannot be booked. If one of those services is booked in that time slot, that service is then not available to book.
if I do what you are suggesting, I would assign multiple services to one staff member that means when booked, multiple services are no longer available rather than just 1.
I apologize for the later reply as we don't work on weekends.

In this case yes - if you already have each school set as a service, if it gets booked for all 3 slots for 3 staff members, this school would not be able to get another slot as only 3 would be available.
However, please just make sure that each staff member also has only one slot available per day, so that there wouldn't be any open slots left if one booking is made.
Yes but I don't want 1 school to be able to book all 3 slots. That is what I have been trying to say since the very first message. I want is if a school books a slot, that school cannot be booked in that same timeslot. It removes itself from being booked during that timeslot.
If a school (service), is booked for 11am for employee x, that same school can only be booked for 12pm, or 10pm, if the same employee is managing all 3 slots.
For exactly same time slot in a service where you have 3 employees, unfortunately no.
Amelia will leave the other 2 slots for this school if there is one employee available per slot.
