We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
There is an issue in our website.
1. Customer bought our Mental Health package with one specliast called Una.
2. After the first session, customer tried to book the second session today from their amelia dashboard
3. Amelia booked the second session with Ines, another specialist
4. We went in backend & changed manually for customer from Ines to Una
5. Customer package is not booking the correct specialist
6. Customer can book 4 appointments per package but only 1 at the start from the booking page.
Hi again, Hussnain!
That's not how it's supposed to be since Amelia tries to assign all the appointments from a Package to the same Employee by default. Probably, it happened because Una already had a booking at the same time slot. In this case, Amelia won't restrict time slot selection to the same Employee. So, if the first Employee is busy when a client is booking appointments from the Customer panel, Amelia will allow to book it with another Employee.
However, it can be prevented if you set the minimum bookings required to 4, so all the appointments will be booked at the moment of purchase:
Then Amelia will assign all the appointments to the same Employee.
Please let me know if you find this solution suitable.
Best Regards.
Hi. We checked this. Our employees are not booked but still amelia books for a different employee. How can this be solved now?
Hi, Hussnain!
Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
Best Regards.
Actually, I just realized that we can use the access you've provided under the other ticket.
So, no need to send us another set of credentials.
Best Regards.
