We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi
In events, when end users register for an event, there is a success message with a throphy
Is there a way to change the message? and the button message?
I mention this, because the message is misleading the endusers for the redirect.
When using other platforms that are not Zoom for webinars.. we would like to redirect registrant, to the registration form.
But because the message says, successfuly, registrants think it is finish, and they leave.
Mi suggestions would be:
- To be able to customize the message
- The finish button, if has a redirection.. change the name to NEXT STEP.
Hi Daniel,
thank you for reaching out to us!
You can change the Trophy image in ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/public/img folder. The file name is trophy.svg.
Please note that when you replace it, the new image also needs to be .svg, and you have to name it "trophy.svg" in order to work.
As for the strings included ("Congratulations" and "Thank you! Your booking is completed."), you can simply edit the translation files located in ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/
If you're keeping English as the default language, you simply need to add the translation strings in the ameliabooking-en_US.po file, found in en_US folder. I can suggest using Loco Translate, or POEDIT.
I hope this helps
Thank you that was really helpful"!
Another thing... is there a way, to make the Finish Button Redirect.. open in new Tab? instead the same tab?
than kyou
Hi Daniel,
thank you for letting me know; and thank you for providing the credentials.
Unfortunately I cannot use them as the image is changed in database, not Amelia WP settings.
Is the image in the same size / dimensions as the original trophy svg.?
Also, you can change the redirection after booking in General settings > Redirect URL After booking.
