I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
1. Custom fields are only linked to Services (appointments) and Events, and at the moment they can't be linked to the customer, but our developers will work on that in the future.
2. If you create an appointment from the back-end, regardless of the payment method set up in Amelia's Payment settings, they will always be changed to "On-Site". Due to legal reasons, Amelia can't yet allow you to have your customers' payment info, so we can't have you charge your customers through PayPal or Stripe yet. Our developers are going to work on adding new payment options and adding new features to the current payment options in the future, but I don't have any ETA on this.
3. You can only use our WebHooks. There's a video example of how MailChimp can be used with Amelia there.
4. Not yet, but it is also planned. I can't say when it will be available.
1. Is there a way to include the custom fields on the customer card. (not in the notes)
2. Is it possible to change the payment method when we make an appointment manually for the customer?
3. Is there a way to send the manually added customer to mailchimp?
4. Is there a way to send an invoice from Amelia?
