We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello, we need to be able to add 2 types of price in the events, one for children one for adults
    It's possible?

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    I'm afraid, at the moment there's no such an option with the current built-in features in Amelia. Each Service or Event can have only one price.

    i'm in the same case thanJan, i need to have differents prices for an event. 

    I think it's a kind of basic features, everyone would like to set on an event, prices can be different for child , adult, group....for example...

    Hi, LSEI!

    Yes, I totally agree with you: our developers should look for a way to implement this feature (and hopefully they will do it soon).

    As far as I know, at the moment our Customers use a workaround for that: they set "adult prise" as a price for the service and set "price for children" as an Extra for this Service. This way they can control the total numbers of attendees of both categories as well.

    However, you can speed up the process of implementing this feature by submitting a request on our website. Our developers work on the most requested features in the first place.

    Hi Liza,

    thanks for your answer but in this case i'm talking about event. 

    With services i manage to set options , but in events , for me they are missing more options to add precise options, like for example the possibility  just to show the event but without authorize booking.

    I ask for new features regulary on the website. :)

    Amelia is a great plugin, i know , everything can't be done , but some feature will be very very helpful

    Thank you for the clarification.

    The only thing I can do is to forward this information to our project managers. Actually, Amelia is being constantly improved, for example, we will launch a new update today or tomorrow that will include deposit payments and the WPML option that were requested plenty of times. So we are not just taking into consideration all the feedbacks but trying to implement as many features as possible. 

    That's correct: Events are missing some features at the moment, but, hopefully, that will be fixed soon.
