We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Enterprise-Level WordPress Appointment Booking PluginHi, Ashwani!
Thank you for your inquiry.
At the moment, we have only one plugin - Amelia. Probably, you are referring to its Lite version as well. It's free of charge and has limited functionality (no payment accepted, only one booking view option, etc.).
The full version has three licenses: Basic, Pro, and Developer. Basically, the main difference between them is the number of domains they support. You can find more details here.
Also, you can see how Amelia can be implemented for a clinic on one of our demo sites (there are both front-end and back-end demos).
If you purchase the Basic license, you will be able to upgrade it later to Pro by paying the difference between the two licenses. I don't think that there's any reason to purchase a Developer license since your business isn't related to IT.
I'd like to mention that we have a 15 days money-back guarantee, which means you can purchase Amelia, test it, and if it turns out Amelia doesn't fit your business, you can request a money refund within 15 days after the purchase.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best regards.
