We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I am close to purchasing wpDatatables, just have a few questions before hand.

I'm building a membership site with Memberpress which will have around 300 users right away.

I would like to implement a table displaying a filterable, searchable, sortable list of Members. A Members Directory.

I have played with the demo and searched for examples but have not found a way of querying the 'Members', e.g. Wordpress users that have paid for access.

Would this be possible with a custom query, one that would refresh and add any new users say daily?

    Hello Arran

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

If you know your way around SQL, you should be able to do this. Basically, WP Users are added in wp_users database table, and more details from Memberpress are most likely stored in their database tables.

So, you should be able to query them and display the data you need in SQL query-based tables. Please note, though, that included support for the plugin doesn't include writing custom queries, so we wouldn't be able to help you with that.

Also, we have a 15-day money-back guarantee, so if you purchase the plugin, and can't find a way to make it work for you, just submit a refund request, and you'll be refunded.

    Kind Regards,
