We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

i love the way our customers receive an email with the info that their appointment has been approved including the cal.ics file.

What i would like to adjust is the cal.ics file: how can i just include the adress of my practice in the cal.ics file? currently the cal.ics file only shows the service_name in the subject. the location ("Ort") is empty. see screenshot.

    thanks for you help.

    br,

    Sunny

    Hi Namika,

thank you so much for the kind inquiry; I am happy to hear that you're satisfied with Amelia so far!smile.png

Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have an option to cannot customize what's going to be added to the customer's calendar event in cal.ics files.

Our developers will be working on it in the future, but at the moment, it only contains basic info about the appointment.

It would help if you could submit it as a request here, or see if someone already requested ics customization and vote for it; we have a lot of feature requests,  so the more votes a feature request has, the quicker the implementation will be.
