We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

2 columns of data, double, imported but as I formatted the table, it disappears. It's now only showing up as 0s. The same sort of thing happened with the first table I created. I finally just had to get rid of the column which was integer data. I have no idea of how to even troubleshoot this. Please help.

    Hi Michelle

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please send us the file so we can take a closer look and try to recreate the issue on our end?

  • Michelle Kretzschmar replied

I can't upload the file because it won't allow it. Here's a link to the file https://1drv.ms/x/s!ArA2G811Yu8QivpY62g64Hziu6aXvw?e=ZSBPJI. This plugin is very frustrating. I just tried to bring it in as a csv file and it put everything in one file. Right now I haven't been able to get any table to import correctly.

    Thank you.

My guess is that you are having trouble uploading these two columns 2018 Expenses and Total Price Out-State Students 2019-20?

If that is so it will show you 0 since the cells are not formatted correctly and wpDataTables cannot read the values if they are being set to Float or Integer. Please remove the $ sign and add it as a prefix from the column settings or when creating the table change the data type to String and it will display everything in the cell.

Also please avoid using any formatting and styling in the source file, you can make all necessary changes in the table editor.

I hope this helps, please do let us know if you need any further assistance.
