We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi there,

The plugin was working perfectly for me but I have since been working on integrating with zoom and google calendars and when I return to the front end of my website the booking form layouts all look enlarged, out of place and without the same formatting as previously. Picture is attached. Thank you!

    Hi, Ellen!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Issues like this one usually occur when Amelia's CSS wasn’t applied correctly or there is a conflict with another plugin.

First,  please open the Amelia -> Customize page, click on "Reset" and then on "Save".

If it doesn't help, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

Please note that if you use the SG Optimizer plugin, you should exclude pages with Amelia from its settings since there's a conflict between the two plugins.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
