We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello!
I have a Yoga website where I simply post events and people pay for the single event.
However sometimes people would like to save money and pay in advance to have a little discount - for the moment I have been sending privately a coupon code and they pay privately to me for the whole package.
I know packages of events are not available yet, but is there a workaround to let people paying for the coupon online and get it via email?
I tried once creating a "fake event" costing the amount of money of the package and send then the coupon code privately, but was messy.
Thanks a lot!
Miriam
Hello Miriam
Thank you for your purchase.
You can actually create a package of events, but they can overlap with regular events, so if you have a capacity, you can see overbooking.
So, to create a package of events, you'd create an event called "Package" (for example), and add multiple dates in it. You can use two, or 22 - how many you want. So, basically if you have people who pay for a single event "Event 1", you can create "Event 1 package of 3 events", and set 3 dates for the same event, but reduce the overall price.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
