We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm setting up a booking site to book slots on a boat that does 3 trips a day to the Blue Lagoon in Cyprus. The client has a price of 20 Euro for adults and 10 Euros for children. Is there any way I can set up the front end to allow the customer to book for X amount of adults and X amount of children, and to show the correct combined price for that?
Hi, Dan!
Thank you for your inquiry.
I'm afraid, there's no option to set different prices for one Service or Event in Amelia at the moment.
Probably, if you use Services, the regular price will be the "adult" price, and then you can set the places for kids with the "children" price as Extras. In this case, you will be able to set the Capacity separately for adults and kids. Also, you will be able to change the word "Extras" to make it more suitable for this solution.
Please note that Extras are available only for Services and not for Events.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
