I downloaded the Amelia plugin using the download link provided in the email after purchase. After uploading and activating the plugin it becomes available in the Wordpress menu.

Activating the plugin via the settings menu gives me only 1 option: "Delete plugin tables".

When saving the company details (Name, address, website and phonenumber) in the settings menu, I get a "Request failed with status code 500"-warning.

    • I previously installed and got the Amelia plugin working on the same server but other domain.
    • pdo_mysql module in enabled in PHP
    • disabled all other plugins
    • Installed the plugin manually using FTP
    • Set up a new admin user and did all the changes again.

    Hi, Ken!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Please log in to the TMS Store and delete the previous domain under the Manage Domains tab.

After that, clear the site's and browser's cache and try to activate Amelia again.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Liza,

Thanks for your reply. I can't see any domains under the Manage Domains tab.

    Hi, Ken!

Can you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access and FTP credentials, so we will be able to investigate the issue from the inside?

You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.

We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.

    Best Regards.
