Hi,
If I use your service on two separate domains can I synchronise calendars with these two domains? So that I can take in bookings on both domains and they synchronise my availability accordingly on both sites?
Thanks
Hi Joanna,
thank you for contacting us!
Unfortunately, it cannot work the way you require. In a multi-site environment, all the sites (no matter if they have different domains or the same domain with subdomains) are separate sites. That means the data is saved in different databases.
But you still can avoid overbooking with a workaround. If you connect the same Employees to the same Google Calendars on both sites, the Calendars will be receiving bookings from them and blocking busy time slots.
Please note that in order to set it this way, you'll have to enable Remove Calendar Busy Slots in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar:
