I've set up the amelia plugin and synced it with client and secret id for a client. What steps does my client have to undertake to make the appointments appear in his outlook schedule? Or do i need to do some other things then just setting up the id's?
Once you are done setting up the ID's and other settings in Amelia > Settings > Integrations > Outlook Calendar, please go to an employee whose appointments you want to have reflected in Outlook, and sign them in.
