We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Multi language support

Hi! We're looking to be able to support at least two languages on our site for events and regular services.

that's really the core of it. We need to be able to present individual events and services in multiple languages because trying to duplicate them into a second language means we can over book an event and we can't set an employee as being available for both services.

I'll probably write a bunch of JS to override different parts of the front end with hardcoded Italian, but it would be really nice to have a consistent way to present different languages based on the `navigator.language` property the browser presents.

Thanks for the great work so far! I hope multi-language support becomes a higher priority for your product planning!

    Hello Tristan

    Thank you for your purchase.

As you know, at the moment Amelia is not a multi-lingual plugin. We've reached out to WPML about this, and are still waiting for their response. There are a lot of languages (like German, for example), where there are a lot of grammar cases, which need much coding and attention.

You can duplicate services for different languages since one employee can only work on one appointment at a time. So, if you have service 1 for English, and service 1 for Italian, and if your employee works on English's service 1 at 12:00, no one will be able to book Service 1 for Italian at the same time.

    Kind Regards,
