    Everytime I create a new employee in the employee section, it gives me an option to create a new wordpress user.

    After I set up and save the employee, the empoyee gets an email from wordpress as following:

    "Username: [email protected]

    To set your password, visit the following address:

    *website wordpress link*

    "

    How do I stop this feature every time I create a new employee?

    Thanks

    Hi, Paaras!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    I'm afraid, if you create a new WP User, WordPress will send this access email anyways.

    Probably, you can add your Employees only as Employees in Amelia if you don't want them to access the back-end of your site at all. So, they will be able to manage their schedule and appointments on the Employee Panel.

    Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

    How do I add the employee only as an employee on amelia?

    Every time is try to create a new employee, the amelia system makes your create a new user by default.

    Hi, Paaras!

    If you open the Employee page in Amelia and create an Employee, then this Employee won't be added as WP User. Obviously, you have to skip the "Create New WP User" step as well:

    Perfect, I'll try that.

    Another thing I wanted to ask. In the employee panel when the appointments are listed for the respective employees, the employees are able to see the date and time of the appointment, however, they can also see the price for that appointment.

    Is there a way to hide the price of the appointment from the employee panel appointment list?

    Hi, Paaras!

    I think so. It can be achieved with Custom CSS.

    Please create a test Employee (or use the one that already exists), book a test appointment, and give me access to your Employee panel under this Employee, so I will be able to find the suitable CSS.

    Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi, Paaras!

    I apologize for the delayed response.

    Please try to add this CSS to the page with the Panel:

    1.

    #el-collapse-content-6744 > div > div > div > div:nth-child(1) > div:nth-child(1) {display: none;}

    2.

    .el-col.el-col-24.el-col-sm-8.el-col-lg-0 {display: none;}

    3.

    #el-collapse-content-6744 > div > div > div > div:nth-child(2) > div > div:nth-child(2) {display: none;}

    4.

    #el-collapse-content-6744 > div > div > div > div:nth-child(2) > div > div:nth-child(3) {display: none;}

    Hope that will help.

    Liza,

    It did not work, I will try different ways to see if I can change to CSS.

    I also want to know that why in the world, Amelia being a booking plugin does not have an option for people to chose multiple appointments for whatever day they like and whatever time they like?

    why do I have to create million packages for people to be able to book multiple bookings?

    why make the process so   COMPLICATED?!!!

    OR.... I hoped the "repeat this appointment" option would work but nope, even that, it automatically suggests something the week after...........it is extremely frustrating how something that should be SO SIMPLE has become so damn complicated.

    SIMPLY give us an option where:

    1.) A customer can Pick a Service

    2.)  Pick 1 day OR multiple days of their liking

    3.) Confirm the booking

    why can't it be that simple?

    ...and you guys will probably tell me there's nothing ya'll can do about it and will tell me to go make a post about future feature suggestions.......that will take years before anyone even cares to fix it.

    Something as simple as this could work....

    Hi, Paaras!

    Sorry for the delayed response, it was a National holiday in our country.

    How did you add this CSS to the page? They should work since I specifically tested them on your site.

    The multiple booking feature is related to some limitations that are coming from our existing features and WP itself (I can't provide you with more details since I'm not a developer myself). Otherwise, obviously, we would implement it long ago. That's why we created these alternatives: Recurring Appointments/Events and Packages of Services.

    Best Regards.

    Hi, Paaras!

    If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.

    Please note that these modifications are actually not falling into our free support, and if you need further help with adding custom CSS, it might be fixed as custom work.

    I'm not sure which conflict you're referring to, please clarify.

    We are not providing live support, unfortunately. It's in our plans for the future, but at the moment this platform is the only channel for communication with our team.

    Also, if you have any suggestions on how we can improve our plugin, you can leave a feature request here.

    Best Regards.
