1. I encountered an error on our secretary's computer that she uses daily to book and manage appointement for our clients.
A few weeks ago she tried to book an appointement for a client, through the front-end, but unfortunately the booking didn't work. She was logged in as Amelia manager. Unfortunately, since then every time she tries to get a booking through the front-end she needs to log out in order to complete the booking.
In the backend, when logged in, she sees the name of this client (Bienvenu Martine ---) instead of her name (Valerie). When I log in on this computer I see everything ok on the dashboard. The clinet is not found in our client list, so we can not delete the entry.
When trying to book an appointement on the front end the contact informations are filled with ours and can not be changed. This happens for both me and the secretary.
We have tried to change the browser (Chrome, Edge, Mozzilla), clean the navigation history, cache, cookies, virus check, restart the PC. Non of this things work. So, I suppose there is a problem with the client database?
2. In the backend, when I try to book certain services (specially for the services not displayed in the front end of 15-30 minutes) I get a lot of time slots to chose from even if they haven't been designated for this service. I cheched and rechekd the time slots from the employe menu and can't find anything wrong. Any idea?
3. When logged in through the employe pannel, in the front end, I often can't book another appointement for my client (already in the database). This happens mostly because the service I want to select can not be chosed from the list (as if it's not available). Sometimes non of my services is displayed as avaliable but I can give an appointement with my partner for his services, sometimes non is possible... Only solution is to go through the backend. Solutions?
1. This happened because you booked an appointment from the front-end while you were logged into your WordPress account. The plugin associated the data you entered with your email address, and now whenever you're logged in, you will not be able to change the details in the form, and you will see the name of the customer. That customer needs to be deleted. If you can't do this, I'll need you to provide me with a temporary wp-admin (administrator) user and database (phpMyAdmin or cPanel) access credentials, so I can log in, and make the changes for you.
2. I'd have to take a look at this when I log in - please tell me with which service(s) can I test this, and which employee.
3. Are you also logged into WordPress when you're logging into the employee panel? If you are, you need to either log out or use Incognito mode - logging into the employee panel while you're still logged in as admin or manager can cause issues similar to this.
