Hi, I had to reinstall the plugin because it somehow removed itself. We purchased a one-year basic plan on October 21, 2020. It is not registering that we have the paid plan. When I go to the plan, it wants me to purchase a new subscription. Please help. It will not reconnect my table. If I pay again, would I be able to get reimbursed, and would it delete my old table?
We are not sure what has happened here but you can rest assured our plugin will not uninstall randomly. Could you kindly tell us what "Plan" are you referring to, and provide us some screenshots that'd show us what you see?
Our guess is that you see info that "some feature is only available in the full version of the plugin". That means that you installed Lite instead of the full version.
Please log into our store, download the full version from there, make sure "Prevent deleting database tables" is active, deactivate and delete lite, and then install the version previously downloaded from our store.

If I uninstall and reinstall, will that erase the existing table? also, how do I do that without having to pay again? Here is the message I got and the plan. Please log into our store following this link, download the full version from there, since you already purchased the plugin you will be able to download the file for free. To make sure the table is not deleted if the plugin is removed make sure "Prevent deleting database tables" is active
