We setup PayPal to accept payments. When customers checkout, PayPal won't process payment until shipping is verified. We only offer services. I contacted PayPal to remove shipping from our checkout and their response is attached, which was we are going through a third party plugin and we need to get with the plugin to resolve.

I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.
Amelia does not have any shipping options available within our plugin - there is a charge for a service, and if you add it within the service, an Extra. Unfortunately there are no shipping buttons that we can remove as we don't have them.
Can you please advise which other plugins are you using? Are you using PayPal via WooCommerce cart.
