Please go into Amelia/Customize and click on Reset, and then on Save. If that also doesn't work deactivate the plugin and activate it again; delete all cache from your website and your browser, and it should work fine.
If you create an Amelia Customer WP user, that doesn't automatically create a customer in Amelia, so redirecting people to the booking page should create a customer in Amelia.
If you want your customers to purchase an event which will be held every week at the same day, and at the same time, and don't want them to book each recurring appointment individually, you can create an event with multiple dates. Then, when customers purchase one event, they automatically purchase every date within that event.
Recurring events are all single events that recur on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. So, if you create a recurring event (something like a lecture), the same customer would need to book each recurrence.
Am confused, I can't access the booking panel to put details in
https://www.loom.com/share/892d8c1ed8fc45ea9254f1ee7039aab6
If I have created an account for someone and login, then that is fine and works, if I don't have an account, then it seems to not to work!.
What I am doing first is to send people to https://classes.theptfactory.co.uk/register-for-classes/ to fill in a medical questionnaire then on completion they get directed to
https://classes.theptfactory.co.uk/book/ but can't book
I tried gravity forms to auto register a user as an amelia customer but that does not seem to feed into your system :(
Also I was looking to book a class based on
WHEN 9-10am every Saturday and 6-7pm every Wednesday
COST £80 for 4 weeks, all classes must be paid for in advance.
But people could join at any time, is there an easy way of sorting that? As these are like rolling classes
thanks in advance
Steve
Hello Steve
