2 questions for the Amelia:
1. Is it possible for the Zoom link to appear within the calendar invitation or does it only appear in the email confirmation?
2. What might be the reason for the Outlook calendar not syncing properly once integrated within Amelia in WordPress? For example, times that are not available are showing as available and vice versa. We have already checked on the option to make sure that unavailable times are shown as busy.
Hi, Dan!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
1. In the same way you added placeholders for Zoom links to email notifications in Amelia, you need to add those placeholders to the Google/Outlook event title or description fields in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google/Outlook calendar settings. So, just copy the Zoom links placeholders to these fields and the links will be sent to Google/Outlook as well.
2. Could you please confirm that you connected your Employees' Calendars to their profiles and also enabled the "Remove Outlook Calendar Busy Slots" option in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Outlook?
Best Regards.
Hi, Dan!
Sorry for the delayed response, it was a National holiday in our country.
1. You should add the %zoom_join_url% placeholder to the Event description in Amelia -> Integrations -> Outlook integration, so it will look like that:
2. Could you please confirm if you got the Outlook integration to work?
Best Regards.
