In the same way you added placeholders for Zoom links to email notifications in Amelia, you need to add those placeholders to the Google/Outlook event title or description fields in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google/Outlook calendar settings. So, just copy the Zoom links placeholders to these fields and the links will be sent to Google/Outlook as well.
2. Could you please confirm that you connected your Employees' Calendars to their profiles and also enabled the "Remove Outlook Calendar Busy Slots" option in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Outlook?
