    Hi there

    I purchased a lifetime membership a month ago with Amelia. We integrated it into my new website and unfortunately I find as beautiful as the interface looks - this product is too limited in what it can offer me for my business. The process of uploading my clients into it via CSV form is absolutely long, complicated and might not even work! I cant offer courses in classes with various dates and charge one price. There is also no app for me to easily do things via my phone. This product had good reviews but does not work for me I am afraid. 

    So sorry I would very much like a refund.

    I'm sorry to hear Amelia didn't match your requirements.

    According to our refund policy, we have 15 days money-back guarantee, and your case falls behind this deadline.

    Thank-you for your reply and passing this onto your manager. I understand that it has been longer than 15 days. I apoligise I misunderstood the terms and conditions and thought I had 30 days. I have barely had a chance to properly use Amelia as my new website is still not complete. 

    I have been trying to LOVE this platform but it has so many restrictions and features that are not so user friendly for Yoga Studios - that it would be impossible for me to use it. I purchased this on the belief it was GREAT for events and classes and yoga studios as that as what it was advertised as. It is however very limited when it comes to setting up classes. 

    I cannot upload a course which is how I teach alot of my yoga as each individual date you put it the system wants to charge for that date and have the students signing up and paying every week! When the course is a set price it makes it tricky and complicated for the me and the students. 

    It is also near impossible to upload clients into Amelia easily. Pretty much all other booing platforms allow you to upload client information through a CSV document. 

    The display on the plugin which I wanted to put on my home page for bookings also didnt allow me to put an image only the price which didnt look great. 


    I also have posted a couple of issues in other tickets previously when trying to sort this system out as it didn't seem user friendly at all. 

    Considering I contacted you within 30 days - and this is not the first time I have contacted you with issues on how to use basic features, I ask you please grant me a refund. I really want to write a review with your good customer service  - not on your limited features which are advertised as amazing and also poor customer service.

    I'm sorry that you faced these issues, that's why we have a refund policy: we do understand that our plugin can't suit all the businesses since there are tons of different requirements. 

    I just got a confirmation from my colleague that your request was accepted. The charged amount will be transferred back to your account in 5-7 business days.
