And if you have the funds on your card or PayPal account (depending on how you purchased the plugin with), we can simply issue the request to our reseller - Paddle, and they will charge you the difference.

thank you for contacting back - we had a bit of trouble with the upgrade process.
I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.
It seems that you didn't pay with a VISA card, but instead with PayPal.
Also, the payment was made with a PayPal account which doesn't have enough funds to process the charge, unfortunately.
"We were unable to complete the resubscription because we could not charge the customer for the resubscription" - this is the message from Paddle.
Please kindly check if you have funds on the PayPal account you used to purchase the plugin with, or to update your billing info on this link.

Can someone explain to me Packages, I am reading from your website the documentation but I am still not understanding packages

Via Packages, you can combine multiple services, and even discount them, to offer them as a "bulk" to your clients. Within Packages, you can choose which Services you'd like to join, how many appointments will a client have available to book (example: 3 appointments in the span of one month for each service), and even choose whether there will be a discount or not for the Package of Services.
