I'm setting up a site for a client and he wants his appointments to be booked in his outlook agenda. What do I have to setup except client secret key and app id? Do i have to set-up something on their side?
You need to configure the app in Azure portal, add the keys in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar, and then connect your employees to their calendars.
