We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I want to link to a specific service in the catalog, but I can't see any url, slug, or anchor specific to the individual services. The detail view in the catalog seems to be only CSS-generated, there is no "there" there.
Whether I want to promo a specific service by linking to it from a newsletter, or write a post that elaborates on the service, with a link to book that same service, I don't see what my option is aside from building a page to duplicate every view in the catalog. I'm sure this is a basic thing I'm missing, but it's definitely not intuitive.

There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately; we don't have any specific links generated for a service within the catalog view, unless you create a separate shortcode for that service on a page:
[ameliacatalog service=1]
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
Unfortunately, that isn't a planned feature yet, if you suggested it here , users will be able to vote for it and it can be considered in the future. We have a lot of feature requests, the most requested features are in the top of the list and we really try to implement as many new features in each update.
