At the top of website you'll choose the time amount, pick on a engineer and when you click continue it just loads and nothing happens. Also when you scroll down on website and click on any of the engineers pages to book them. Choose the time amount and click continue the same happens. Just loads. This just started happending yesterday.

If you have connected your Engineers to the Services (Times) appropriately, and if you have set individual Work Hours to each Engineer in Amelia > Employee > Edit > Work Hours, this should not be occurring - please check if all of your employees have their hours set individually and not just in General Settings, and if their services are set in Assigned Services settings in Employee tab.
Please help me. Again for over a year everything has worked. No changes to the website and as of 3-4 days ago none of the employee calendars load. Click continue and it just keeps loading. Again it has worked hundreds of times for over a year. Now it does not. All Service times and employee hours are correct nothing has changed. I need this fixed ASAP. Thank you.
Since nothing was changed for so long, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

yes everything in settings is good. Was working fine for 2 years. This just started happening 3 days ago now. What is the fix?

It seems that a custom setting was added that could have been changed regarding the employees busy slots.
It is worked on right now and will be released as a fix in our upcoming update; I do apologize for the inconvenience.
