Please go into Amelia/Customize and click on Reset, and then on Save. If that also doesn't work deactivate the plugin and activate it again; delete all cache from your website and your browser, and it should work fine.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Shortcodes can be altered per category [ameliabooking category=1] or [ameliacatalog category=1], per service [ameliabooking service=2] or [ameliacatalog category=2 service=3] or employee [ameliabooking employee=1], and so on. You can see the list of our shortcodes on the FAQ page. What do you want to do, specifically?
Can't save customization + front-end search view is messed up.
