    Hi there,

I like giving my clients the option to purchase sessions with me and not necessarily book them all immediately. Currently, the way I do this is by putting my calendar behind a membership site where payment is not integrated into the calendar so that only those that have purchased get access to it.

I use Woocommerce and so your calendar is enticing to me because of the integration. However, what I would like, is for Woocommerce to recognize the purchase, which it already does, and not immediately take them to the calendar if they don't want to schedule it right away.

I'd like them to be able to go back into their account, click on that purchase and schedule the session next week, next month, next year. When they book it, I'd like Woocommerce to recognize once the session is booked and not allow the client to schedule it again. I'd like a similar functionality with recurring sessions not requiring clients to book all sessions in advance.

The first calendar plugin that offers that will have my business immediately.

If you have a hack to that I'd love to hear it!

    Thank you!

    Hi, Laura!

    Thank you for your inquiry.

At the moment, there's only one thing that would match your requirements: Packages of Services. It is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. Your clients will be able to purchase packaged without any bookings, and then book the included appointments during a pre-set period of time (a week, a month, a year). You can see more information here.

Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.

Also, I'd like to mention that WooCommerce plays the role of a payment getaway in the integration with Amelia. So, some Woo features as Woo login, cart, or deposit payments are not available in Amelia.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
