Hi, I purchased the plugin today but it is not working properly. I cannot style the form (in terms of color and format), you cannot enter data to schedule the appointment and I cannot rename or create the categories, what can I do about this? I have already removed and reinstalled the plug-in a number of times on the ftp server, but is no improvement?
