We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We deal with appointments in various time zones, and we are having errors with the time zones matching up. We have had client's in the same time zone as us book an appointment for 10am that showed up to us as 9am, causing us to show up an hour early to the appointment. We are also having errors with teachers adding appointments to their calendars and showing different times on their calendars than is shown on the website in Amelia.
How can we fix this? This is a vital error to the functioning of our business.
It seems like something went wrong after we changed our clocks ahead.
Hi Amanda,
thank you for reaching out!
The UTC+ option in WP does not recognize the daylight savings / time change and this is why there is an issue with time consistencies after clock change, unfortunately.
The only way to fix this is by changing your WP timezone to your City timezone.
In case Amelia hours change due to this, you can change these times manually in the back-end.
The UTC+ time zone setup in WordPress is unfortunately still under work for time change compatibility in general.
