If you followed the video tutorial from our documentation, there should be no issues here. I can only log into your website, add it as a URI to my Azure application, and see if it works for me. If it does - it's the application that you've created that's causing the issue.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to a third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
With Amelia Manager I can't see Amelia Settings, so that won't work.
Here's what causes the issue in 99%:
You can check that in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar. If the "Client Secret" field in Amelia starts with (from my screenshot) "956" instead of "~zG" (again from my screenshot), you copied the wrong credentials:
So, in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Outlook Calendar, first, check the Application (client) ID (partially blurred in the screenshot above), and cross-reference it with the Client ID in Azure Web Portal, under "Azure Active Directory"/"App Registrations". If that is correct, go to "Certificates & secrets", and create a new client secret (that option is disabled for me, as you can see in the screenshot). Then, copy the Value and paste it in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Outlook calendar in the "Client Secret" field.

Hi again Michael

That resolves the issue 99% of the time.
