Unfortunately, no. If you need to add HTML code to our notification templates, you'd need to go through the database, but once you make changes you should not save those notifications through the plugin because that will overwrite any HTML code you've added to the database.
In wp_amelia_notifications database table (wp_ is the default prefix of the database, but it could be anything on your end, so look for your_prefix_amelia_notifications), edit the notification you want to add HTML code to and save that (in the database). After you do that, the plugin will read the code correctly and send it to your employees and/or customers.
