In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

If an appointment is canceled, rejected, or rescheduled in Amelia, does it do the same in outlook? Thanks.

Yes, if you change anything about the appointment, it will reflect within few minutes in your employee's Outlook calendar (the speed of reflection depends on connection and amount of busy slots in the calendar, it can be immediate or within 1 or 2 minutes).

I canceled an appointment and rescheduled another, however, neither were reflected in my outlook. Other aspects of the integration work, What is causing this problem?

From what I understand, the cancelled appointment is not deleted from Outlook, and a rescheduled appointment is not moved, right?
