We seem to have an issue with customers tying to re book using the email address they have already used and the system not letting them complete an order. i cant seem to see a way to allow multiple bookings from an existing customer
For example, Customer books in on Monday, using [email protected]
Then tries to book another booking for the same day and time using the same email address
The system wont let them re book
Am i missing something

Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately, one customer can book one time slot only once.
Only Amelia Events allow the same customer to book the same event multiple times. So, if your customers need to book the same time slot more than once, you need to enable "Bringing anyone with you" slider, and have them book for more people in one booking session.
