Your customers can reschedule and cancel an existing appointment from their Customer panel, by clicking on the "pencil" symbol next to the appointment, but they cannot book a new appointment from there.
They would need to go to the booking page, to book a new appointment.
Can a customer create a NEW appointment or CANCEL an appointment with their customer panel in addition to rescheduling?
