We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Do you have any plan to ad multiple purchase or booking in Amelia. We are planing to leave amelia because we really need to offer multiple bookings to our user, is so annoying for them to have to fill out the form for every booking... We don't want to leave you but we really need that, If at least we had some sort of deadline.

thank you for the kind inquiry; I am sorry for the later reply, as we don't work during weekends.
Multiple bookings can be made by either setting the service to recurring - repeat every day/week/month, or by creating Packages of Service via Pro licence.
Via Packages, you can combine multiple services, and even discount them, to offer them as a "bulk" to your clients. Within Packages, you can choose which Services you'd like to join, how many appointments will a client have available to book (example: 3 appointments in the span of one month for each service), and even choose whether there will be a discount or not for the Package of Services.
thanks but we need that the customer select the services by their own, not prepared packages. We can not build packages combining all the services, could be crazy. We need to buy multiple services as you can do at any ecommerce. Are you planing on doing that some day?

Depends on the client's requests; the more clients request a feature, the greater the chance of implementation - you can see if multiple bookings is available as a suggestion on Feature Requests page, if not, please feel free to add it.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
