Hello, I am interested in purchasing your plugin. I would like to know if it is possible to do an employee search by keywords other than his activity (example of research: speech therapist in washington // doctor stephane evans // saint-james hospital)

Also I would like to know if it is possible to make the authentication of clients mandatory before they can make a reservation, all this in the form?

    Hi Stephane,

thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to us!

At the moment, it is only possible to do a keyword search only for services, and event titles.

You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it.

Amelia does not have a direct log in system that would request authentication before booking; however, you can add a custom field into the booking form that would be mandatory to fill (with verifying information that you need). You can also set your appointments to automatically be in Pending status, so that you can change them to Approved from backend once you have verified that the information you requested is valid.
